1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Product Information, Compatibility, and Functionality
2.1 Compatibility Disclaimer (Crucial)
You are responsible for ensuring that the smart devices purchased are compatible with your existing home network (Wi-Fi standards, hub requirements, etc.) and your mobile operating system. Autohome Device is not liable for device functionality failure resulting from incompatibility with your pre-existing systems.
2.2 Product Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all specifications, images, and descriptions of our automatic devices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
2.3 Installation and Setup
Unless installation services are explicitly purchased from us, the customer is solely responsible for the correct setup, configuration, and maintenance of the purchased devices. We are not responsible for damage or non-functionality arising from incorrect installation or configuration.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, and Digital Wallet Services (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
3.3 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including inventory limitations or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)
4.1 Shipping
We use third-party courier services for delivery across Pakistan. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
4.2 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for physical items (devices) passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Limited Warranty
5.1 Returns Eligibility (General)
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and unused condition.
5.2 Limited Warranty (Defective Devices)
We offer a limited 7-day checking warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover: physical damage, misuse (e.g., water damage, incorrect wiring/voltage), software setup issues, or connectivity problems not attributable to a hardware defect.
5.3 Non-Returnable/Non-Warrantable Items
Items that have been registered to a third-party application, used in the home environment, or physically damaged by the user are not eligible for return or warranty claim.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, including all logos and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Autohome Device. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi.
